The base license permanently activates the software of the communication system, and is the main requirement for activating any further licenses.
Licenses are locked to one system and cannot be shared. Within the 30-day activation period, the full range of functions is enabled in the system. In OpenScape Business network configurations, the licenses can be managed centrally with a CLA server, with administration access from the master node. One basic license must exist per system, and is the basic requirement for all other system licenses.
